Teenagers

This image shows a young and vulnerable teenager who had just experienced a near death experience and she was determined to sit her gcse exam the following morning.  Any member of the public will be shell shocked at what just happened however this girl still sat her gcses.
This shows bravery and desire and this perhaps could be the message that the mail online website is trying to share that teenagers are not bad or lazy, they want to put these people in a clear bright light.
The word brave has been used to show the bravery of the teens that we have today. I agree with this because teenagers do make the choice that suits them and they should have that choice.
Ines Alves, 16, fled yesterday’s inferno from the 13th floor of the block in West London

This is a more negative story and it tells of a murder which immediately tells us that this article represents teenagers in a bad way. A martial arts fighter has been murdered and these three people are accused including a sixteen-year-old girl who had apparently been led to commit this murder by their friends who are both 18.
This shows that teenagers are represented by a negative light and this article could tell the reader that most teens are dangerous and violent however I believe that this is not the case.
The word targeted could show how teens are violent and how they target people, I believe that this is not the case as teens are not violent in most cases and don’t deserve this negativity about them.
Jace Swinton, 18, Summer Church, 16, and Roberto Ortiz, 18, were arrested Friday for the July murder of Aaron Rajman in Boca Raton,

This article tells us that young people are nervous of someone attacking them and this is nearly 40% of young people are worried that they will be attacked. This is a bad situation as young people should be able to enjoy their life and to have fun, not to be scared.
This could show the vulnerability of these young people because older adults are more dominant in most cases and can do serious harm. We humans need to think about their safety not their aggression and attitude.
The word fear could show how vulnerable teenagers are and I believe that this is true as they are young and many people can harm them, this needs to change.
Story image for mail online teenagers from Daily Mail

This image shows a young and vulnerable girl who has died after someone had supplied drugs to her, a 15-year-old girl had been tempted to take drugs offered by a seventeen-year-old male on a trip.
This shows the vulnerability of this girl and how teenagers are exposed to dangerous stuff all around the globe however it could also show that teenagers are dangerous people after supplying drugs, it could create a warning to older people that teenagers are dangerous and again this is not the case.
The word warned shows the threat that drugs do have however there are still many young people who take drugs, this needs to change for the safety of the people.

This image is a distressing image of a young teen taking drugs and going into school high, this shows the dangers of the world and how we as a nation are not doing enough to protect innocent teens all around the nation and abroad.
This article tells us that more than one third of people are going into school high and this is a worrying sign as now we understand that these people have problems in their life as there are taking pills that could threaten them and could even end their life. These people are vulnerable and not dangerous as this image shows.

The word dangerous could show the dangers that these people face in life and that we as a nation are not doing enough about it.
More than one third of young adults admitted they have attended lessons or work with dangerous substances still in their system
