In america there is conflict between traditional dance music and electronic dance music, now this is simple, young and old conflict with the older generation listening to traditional music and often critisise the younger generations taste in music this can also be said in the other way round and this easily links to this, the youth may not like traditional, 1980s dance music as much as they like the modern dance music EDM, Vise versa
